Professional Experience
I have been providing superior real estate services to individuals and families since 1996.  During this time I have sold more than $25 million worth of real estate and worked in all price ranges.  I am proficient in new construction as well as existing homes old and new.  Prior to my entering the field of real estate I worked as an accountant for 15 years.  My attention to detail, figures and financing opportunties is a real plus for the consumer.

Education/Designations
In addition to my college education I have completed a number of specialized real estate training courses. I received the designation of Graduate, REALTOR Institute by the National Association of Realtors after completing a prescribed course in Real Estate Practice and Ethics.  This advanced training enables me to provide the best possible service for my clients.

Strengths/Results
Selling or buying a home can be a stressful experience.  When I work with clients I strive to understand their special needs and adapt to those needs.  I pride myself on my diligence in keeping the client informed every step of the way regarding negotiations, current market conditions, financing opportunities and factors that may affect them before, during and after a transaction occurs.  I work hard to think ahead to anticipate any issues that may come up during the listing or buying period.  I work in my clients best interest and strive to negotiate both the best price and the best possible buying or selling situation for the client.  If my clients are relocating, I make it my goal to act in their best interest while they are away.  If their house is for sale, I check on the home often to make sure no problems arise and that the home is being properly maintained.  If the client is a buyer, I communicate often regarding the process of their purchase and do any necessary leg work to ensure that their needs are being met and the purchase is going smoothly.

Technology
In today's fast paced markets, technology brings many advantages to the Real Estate consumer and the Realtor. My clients have been very appreciative of my ability to readily communicate not only what is available in the market place but also to provide them with the most timely information - often giving them the edge in the opportunity to buy or sell.

Personal Information
I was born and raised in Omaha and then spent 2 years in McCook, Nebraska and 9 years in San Diego, California.  I have been married for 25 years and have one son who is in college in Colorado.  I love animals, gardening, biking, hiking, snorkeling and the outdoors.  Living in different parts of the country helps me to understand the various real estate markets that clients come from as well as the process involved in relocating to a new city.  It is my goal to make certain that you get the best real estate service possible whether you are doing an in-town move or relocating in or out of the city.
